Join us for a discussion in partnership with Cincinnati Recreation Commission to address teen violence in our local communities. As gun violence has become an increased issue in our neighborhoods for youth, many young people have unfortunately become survivors, victims and witnesses to crime. In this discussion we will provide students space to voice their experiences and opinions around this topic. This conversation will include leaders of our community who work in different industries to provide students with coping mechanisms and safe alternatives that would divert students to positive environments and equip them with nonviolent conflict resolution. This is a closed conversation for students to safely share their perspectives, created to empower students to have long, healthy, stable lives.
This program is free and open to the public. Students can visit any local CRC building to access internet.
