All memberships are valid for 12 months and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Member FAQs
New members will typically receive their cards in the mail within 30 days.
Yes! Although you may not have received your new membership package in the mail, we will have your information in our system. Our Guest Services staff will be happy to look you up in our database.
Depending on your membership level, the member named on the card and (if applicable) their children, are eligible. If your membership level allows more than one adult, then other guests are allowed depending on membership.
If you have misplaced your membership card, we will gladly send you a new one at no cost. Just give us a call at 513-333-7500 or send a note through our website contact form.
Unfortunately museum memberships are not tax deductible.
