As of August 1, 2024, we upgraded our Membership and ticketing system. If you purchased a Membership prior to August 1, 2024, you will need to reset your password. Please reset your password or access your digital Membership using the following link: Member Access Instructions
Yes! We can apply your general admission tickets towards a Membership for up to seven days after your visit.
Depending on your Membership level, the Member named on the card and (if applicable) their children, are eligible. If your Membership level allows more than one adult, then other guests are allowed depending on the Membership.
No, a Freedom Center Membership is not tax deductible.
Digital Membership cards are immediately emailed to you after purchase.
Yes, our front desk team can look up your Membership when you arrive.
Yes, please feel free to bring your card with you when you visit.
Members may renew their Memberships online through their Member portal, or over the phone. Please call 513-333-7500 ext. 1 to renew.
Please note that Members can now enroll in auto-renewal.
Members will receive an email with their digital Membership card upon purchase or renewal. Members will be prompted to set up an online account, where they can update their personal information.
