Mr. Westmoreland investigates the effects of our nation’s history of slavery on the development of the sense of self, the id, for today’s young African Americans. Mr. Westmoreland explores the subject of how self perceptions develop as a result of repeated experiences and also can be handed down from generation to generation. Kim Manning joins Mr. Westmoreland in this open dialogue.
