Dr. Kilemi Mwiria, Assistant Minister of Higher Education in the Government of Kenya, and Dr. Mark Gooden, University of Cincinnati Professor and Program Director of Urban Educational Leadership, will share perspectives on education and social inequality in Kenya and the US.
