Exactly 25 years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center (NURFC) will commemorate the historic event
with a public reception and photographic exhibition. The program will feature remarks from notable leaders, including William Howard Taft, IV,
the former U.S. Ambassador to NATO (1989-1992) and great grandson of President William Howard Taft and Herbert Quelle, Consul General,
Federal Republic of Germany.
The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center has been home to a section of the Berlin Wall since 2010, in view of the Ohio River. Its placement there serves as a reminder to future generations of past struggles for freedom that are so often taken for granted. Please join us in celebrating the importance of freedom worldwide.

This event is free and open to the public. To RSVP call (513) 333-7739
